The service was great. The employees took care of me, diagnosed the problem, and were straightforward. I originally called on a Monday and set an appointment for Thursday. I was quoted a price of $106. When I arrived on Thursday, they had no information on me and was going to charge him $160 for service. I brought my truck in to CME for an oil change and diagnosis of a problem. I waited in the lobby while the work was completed and had the opportunity to see many interactions with staff and customers. I was impressed that all of the customers we treated professionally and time was spent explaining service issues in layman's terms. Even difficult conversations dealing with major repairs went smoothly and professionally. This has always been my experience with CME and it was good to see it repeated without fail a dozen times while I waited for my service to be completed. It is difficult to find an auto shop that is honest and fair and I know that I have found such a business with CME.
